0. Account, Character and Virtual Property Ownership

All accounts, characters, virtual items, currency, statistics, progression, rewards and other in-game data existing on the Evolera.pl server remain part of the Evolera service and are under the control of the server owner and administration.



Players receive only a limited right to access and use their accounts and characters while complying with the Evolera Rules. No player acquires ownership rights over a character, account, virtual item, currency or any other in-game data.



The Evolera server owner and administration reserve the right, at their sole discretion and where considered necessary for the operation, security, balance or integrity of the server, to modify, rename, reset, suspend, restrict, transfer, remove or permanently delete any character, account, item, currency, statistics, progression or other in-game data.



This may include actions taken in connection with rule violations, technical problems, game balance, abuse prevention, server maintenance, database corrections or other administrative reasons.



Players are not entitled to compensation for administrative changes, removals, resets or deletions of virtual characters, items, currency, progression or other in-game data, except where explicitly decided otherwise by the Evolera administration.



By creating an account and playing on Evolera, the player acknowledges and accepts these conditions.


1. Names

a) Names which contain insulting, racist, sexist, hateful, extremely offensive or otherwise inappropriate language are prohibited.

b) Names containing parts of sentences, nonsensical combinations of letters, intentionally misleading formatting or names created only to impersonate another player are prohibited.

c) Names referring to real-life celebrities, countries, official staff positions or names intended to imitate members of the Evolera team are prohibited.



2. Cheating

a) Exploiting bugs, errors or unintended game mechanics in order to gain any advantage is strictly prohibited. Any discovered bug must be reported to the Evolera administration.

b) Intentionally abusing weaknesses in gameplay or game mechanics in order to block, trap, manipulate or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other players is prohibited.

c) Using macros, bots, scripts or any other tools that automatically perform or repeat actions without active player interaction is prohibited.

d) Manipulating the game client or using unauthorized software to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

e) Attempting to steal, obtain or distribute another player's account data is strictly prohibited.

f) Using multiple clients (MC), additional accounts or additional characters to gain any advantage during PvP is strictly prohibited.

g) Offering, selling, sharing, trading or accepting account access from another player is prohibited.

h) Auto back to spawn is not allowed!


3. Gamemasters and Administration

a) Threatening, insulting, harassing or attempting to intimidate a Gamemaster or any other member of the Evolera team because of an administrative decision is prohibited.

b) Pretending to be a Gamemaster, administrator or other official member of the Evolera team is prohibited.

c) Intentionally providing false or misleading information to the administration during an investigation is prohibited.

d) Making knowingly false reports against other players or attempting to manipulate the administration into punishing another player is prohibited.

e) Attempts to evade, bypass or interfere with an administrative punishment may result in additional penalties.



4. Player Killing and PvP Abuse

a) Any organised abuse of the PvP system in order to gain unfair benefits, rewards, rankings, frags or other advantages is prohibited.

b) Intentionally allowing another player, team or guild to kill your character in order to provide them with frags, rankings, rewards, statistics or any other PvP-related advantage ("feeding" or "kill trading") is strictly prohibited.

c) Arranging repeated or organised kills between players, teams or guilds for the purpose of gaining rewards, rankings, frags or progression is strictly prohibited.

d) Using multiple clients (MC), additional accounts or additional characters during PvP in order to attack, block, heal, scout, trap, follow, reveal positions or otherwise assist yourself or another player is strictly prohibited.

e) Using secondary characters or accounts to intentionally interfere with PvP, including blocking passages, protecting another character, scouting enemies or supporting a fight, will be treated as MC PvP abuse.

f) Any rewards, items, currency, rankings, frags or other benefits obtained through feeding, kill trading or MC PvP abuse may be removed without compensation.



6. Abuse and Unfair Gameplay

a) Intentionally abusing another player through repeated harassment, threats or behaviour intended solely to disrupt their gameplay may result in punishment.

b) Coordinated abuse of game mechanics, events, bosses, rewards or systems in a way that was clearly not intended by the administration is prohibited.

c) Assisting another player in breaking the rules may result in the assisting player receiving the same or a similar punishment.

d) Attempting to hide rule violations by transferring items, currency or rewards to another account or character is prohibited.

e) Any accounts, characters or assets used to bypass or conceal a rule violation may also be subject to punishment.

8. Misleading the Administration

Intentionally misleading, deceiving or providing false, incomplete or manipulated information to the Evolera administration is strictly prohibited.



This includes, but is not limited to, false reports, fabricated evidence, edited or manipulated screenshots, withholding important information during an investigation, impersonating witnesses, providing false explanations or attempting to influence an administrative decision through deception.



Players who intentionally mislead the administration may receive additional punishment regardless of whether the original reported violation is confirmed.



Depending on the seriousness of the case, penalties may include a warning, temporary or permanent banishment, removal of in-game benefits, character deletion or permanent account deletion.



Attempts to manipulate an investigation, protect another player through false information or falsely accuse another player will be treated as serious rule violations.


7. Penalties

Any violation of the Evolera Rules may result in immediate punishment without prior warning.



Depending on the seriousness of the offence, the administration may apply one or more of the following penalties:

- warning,

- temporary character or account banishment,

- permanent character or account banishment,

- deletion or reduction of character level, skills, achievements or progression,

- confiscation or deletion of items, currency, rewards or other benefits,

- removal of PvP rankings, frags, statistics or rewards,

- deletion of characters involved in serious abuse,

- permanent deletion of accounts in severe or repeated cases.



Feeding, organised kill trading, serious bug abuse and using MC to gain an advantage in PvP are considered serious violations.

These offences may result in an immediate ban, removal of all benefits obtained through the violation and, in repeated or severe cases, permanent deletion of the character or account.



If a player attempts to avoid punishment by using alternative accounts, additional characters, transferring assets or involving other players, the punishment may be extended to all accounts, characters and assets connected with the violation.



The administration may remove any items, currency, levels, rewards, rankings or other benefits which were obtained directly or indirectly through a rule violation.



The severity of the punishment will be determined individually based on the seriousness of the violation, benefits gained, previous offences and the circumstances of the case.



Administrative decisions regarding punishments are final. Attempts to repeatedly dispute, evade or bypass a punishment may result in additional sanctions.



These rules may be changed or updated at any time. All players are responsible for keeping themselves informed about the current rules published on the official Evolera website.
